Our hearing aids range in cost between £599 and £1599, we have a range of discreet on, and in the ear, hearing aids to suit all levels and types of hearing loss.
Ear Wax Removal
Our ear wax removal service is charged at £60 and covers the cost of removal from one or both ears.
Watchfield Opticians offers both irrigation and instrumentation wax removal.
Irrigation
Ear wax removal by irrigation supersedes the old-fashioned technique of ear syringing. It is a safer and far more effective method of ear cleaning. This process utilises an electronic pulse ear irrigation machine to remove ear wax with water. However, this method is not suitable for individuals who have undergone previous ear surgeries or anyone who has suffered a perforated eardrum within the last two years.
Instrumentation
This involves the removal of an obstruction from the ear canal by effectively extracting it.
This method is completely dry and is used for the elimination of both biological obstructions, such as ear wax, and foreign bodies.
